1. If you’re not satisfied with any service (except traditional polish) within 7 days, let us know, and we’ll fix it free of charge.

2. For gel, dip powder, and enhancement manicures, we guarantee they’ll be chip-free for 7 business days. If you experience chipping or lifting within the first 7 days, we’ll happily fix it for free. However, repairs after 7 days or for breakage will incur a fee.

3. Please note that gift certificates cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash at any time.
